Betas: the lovely booklady and greenpea88.

“Holmes!” As I rushed into my closest friend’s room, the clock has just struck midnight. I had been woken not a moment ago by a horrendous explosion-like noise from below, from the direction of Sherlock Holmes’ bedroom.

The room was dark and bitterly cold. I at once noticed that one of the top ( Read more... )

That's a wonderful start. And you have to love any fic with cats.

What a sensual story! I am especially digging the description of Holmes' waking next to Watson (the hand, warm breath on the neck, the other...bits.) This is a mystery, but I like where it's ending up so far!

This is your first? Fantastic start, and I am on pins & needles for part two!! =D

Never bumped into holmes as a black cat and the novelty of the thing makesme wait with benign anticipation to the next parts.
I like it so far and if you take requests,I'd like to see them both running from roof to roof as cats and having fun, just for a night.

Thank you all for the lovely comments, I never imagined posting a story will be so exciting, I was jumping for joy everytime someone said he/she enjoyed the story. Careful now, I might get addicted to this writing thing.

Thank you devereux for being my official first reader. And October! My god, it is OCTOBER with trompe l'oeil and blackberries! I love you stories, but those two were particularly sweet. Well, you will like to know that I have finished the story, just polishing it up at the moment (and fishing for comments with this one, how evil of me).

Also thanks to the two un-named ones. It is very nice to know that my story was being read (Ah... the meaning of being a story).
Cats are nice! There is an air about them that is so Holmesish. I am toying with the idea of featuring the "mysterious black cat" in other stories, where it is never at the same time and place as Holmes...What do you think?
