--*walks into her room, thoroughly miffed* Well. The nerve of some people. I swear there is no decency in men or women these days. *looks upset, delicate tears welling in her eyes--but not spilling, for that would ruin her makeup* All I did was say hello... and I was attacked for it. Oh, this place-- it's no good, it isn't.*plops miserably onto her ( Read more... )

*well...not really, but any bit of attention will do* *looks thoroughly not-OK, but says bravely* I'm sure I'll be... just fine. *sniffle* This place is just full of so many dreadful people--people with no manners or decency. Sometimes I don't know how I get by. *sighs and smiles tragically, prettily* Kind of you to ask, though, Master...?

*sorry then*

Yeah.. there are alot of people here who... should be avoided.

Oh, sorry, I'm Harry. Harry Potter. Nice to meet you. I hope you run into some nicer people soon then. I'm sure there are some around.

*sighs* So I have noticed. Well, pleasure to meet you, Master Harry. *halfheartedly extends a hand to be kissed* We'll hope there are. You are nice enough, at least.

Oh, dear Shenshen, the most dreadful thing happened to me... I greeted an attractive man--though it seems my initial judgment was slightly inaccurate, for now I should hardly call him anything but ordinary--in the mansion, and he was awfully rude and threatening, and then this horrendous woman appeared and threatened me as well--! I was just so scandalized. *heaves a dainty sigh*

*is certainly an attractive, charming sort of man (but not the sort any girl ought to get caught up with) and certainly can't just let a lady suffer (unless he's the cause of it) and so approaches, with a remarkably convincing look of concern*

Is something the matter, Miss . . . ?

*looks up and is pleased to see an attractive face; assumes a pitiable, wounded look* Oh, yes... Well, you see, I happened upon a man in the mansion, and I said hello in the kindest way; but he proceeded to threaten me and frighten me away, with the help of a cruel woman! Oh, it was atrocious... *sniffles* But I'm certain you have better things to do than worry about me. *gazes at him sadly, inviting further attention*

How dreadful! You would think, wouldn't you, that people would have the courtesy to treat a lady better than that, at least upon introduction. *smiles kindly* I would hardly be acting as a gentleman, were I to leave you alone when you are so clearly distressed.

*delighted! but wouldn't want to look too well-recovered quite yet* I thank you, sir, for your sympathy. There is so little of it to be found here, it seems. *extends a hand to be kissed* I am Miss Pfannee, of Pfann Hall. Charmed to meet you, I'm sure.

*dismissively* I say things not to insult her; only to state the truth. Do kindly leave me alone.

*cuts off a snarl and just gives her a Look* As you wish.

*does think it rather a pity that such an attractive man should be so disagreeable; but hurries away, having learned her lesson at least somewhat*
