I read Apartment Therapy The Kitchen fairly regularly. One of the most recent posts made me do a double-take.

CHOCOLATE DUMP CAKE

It's not very sweet, but I think if you use good cocoa and unsalted butter, that will make all the difference.
Dump into mixing bowl and blend well when all are added:

2 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup margarine (that's all we had)
1½ cups flour
½ cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 cup sugar
½ cup strong coffee infused with cardamom
