We are getting a taste of Spring here in the burgh. It's going to be in the 50's and 60's this weekend. I'm loving it! For the occasion, I broke out my tennis shoes which have been in the closet for way too long. I sometimes use the porch-pounding method of shoe cleaning as well.

LOL @ the missing blob o' lotion. A bad, bad feeling, that is.

Congrats to Chris. Hope he does really well on the SATs.

Congrats to Chris and best of luck to him on his SATs. =)

I have one particular finger that's been drier than every other part of my hand -- for a while, it kept peeling and then scabbing over and then kind of scaling over, and then repeating the cycle. It's mostly stopped doing that, but it's still dry and gets itchy, and I keep forgetting to use lotion on it. This is completely unrelated to your story, but I thought I'd share anyway. =P

my fingers get like that on Saturdays, cuz that is when I do my cleaning. I always say I'm going to wear gloves, but I don't. The cleaning solutions dry out my hands.
