Font: default small font size for entries. default big, maybe italic font for entry titles.
Sidebar: none
Layout Colors: blues, preferably light blues (but not white!light), maybe with a bit of a lavender hue? this is nice too. and so is this.
Special Effects: maybe not a special effect per se, but it would be nice to have the entry icon visible, even in a tiny/small layout. also, cute tiny icons? center aligned ^^

Font: georgia. Small in entries and for currents and comments. Reasonably big and in italics for title and italics again, but smaller for 'recent, profile, archive, friends'.
