An Epilogue to the Last Post and a New Haircut

It turns out, as I suspected, many of my fears regarding my girlfriend (I confirmed the title this morning with her) were mostly the product of my imagination which was kindled about a month ago when my mother's boyfriend quipped, "I hope she feels the same way about you when you return." Things are much much better now

That's hilarious! In a way I did (well my parents and their insurance certainly helped) for a price tag around $12,000 I think. Especially when skateboarding I've always thought that it'd be cool to go buy new body parts if they were to get injured. In my case, I had a chipped front tooth from childhood and gaps where my adult teeth never grew in.

And as for the haircut, I'm still getting used to the idea of having shorter hair. One day I might go tidier but not for a while yet.

And I looked up the etymology of 'school' briefly on dictionary.com 'cause I figured that it must have had some very different origin from most English words. That's awesome that you knew about it being Dutch; that info wasn't on the site I looked at. Thanks for the tip.

My dentist, orthodontist, and two orthodontic surgeons were amazing.

Dr. Hacker (the dentist) not only has an awesome name but he's super kind and has a wonderful secretary who actually went out to the grocery store to get me some ice for my wisdom teeth swelling. He did my veneers so if you're in the market for them, I recommend him.
