LOL. Apparently, a guy from the state of Maryland sued because their policy on 'non believers' was preventing him from runnig for office. As you can guess, he lost before the state court and lost his appeal, but won in front of the Supreme court.
Sometimes, states are so stupid and full of their own selfishnes to be in control of their puplic's lives, they forget the Bill of rights.
What si also interesting, is that they interpret the 14 amendment as federal laws being above state laws (more binding to individual states) Which means that if a state tried to outlaw abortion, it is illegal due to the 14th amendment.
But go all the way to the bottom where it talks about footnotes. That's some hot shite right there. :)
