It didn't seem like it should be hard: it was "stand like this" and "stretch like this" -- not, like, aerobics class or something where you're always in motion. And the instructor would always say "stretch here to whatever point you're comfortable with" or give a couple alternatives for parts of a posture -- I never felt like I was failing in a motion because I didn't bend like him. But it required a lot of muscles that I have apparently neglected!
The "breathe through your eyelids" kind of stuff I mostly ignored. :-) But there was a very nice little opening and closing meditation.
