everything you want to ignore seems to come up and slap you in the face. or is that just me?
paranoia. jealousy. love. hate - all could explain what im feeling. these four components make for a very dangerous mix, but still i don't know whether this is the cause.

at the moment i just want to raise a gun to my head.

paranoia takes a step further. digging itself a cozy little place in my mind. its getting fucking ridiculous. i want to be much more laid back. but will someone please tell me how the fuck you cure paranoia?
