Aw, Kirsten doesn't get to see those wonderful baby blues yet! But thank you for not giving him brain damage - or am I being too presumptuous?

I found this to be a gripping update - I could feel the tension and Sandy's helplessness. Will Seth be the comic relief?

I was thinking about brain damage but then decided that would be a little too cruel. After all I already dropped him off a cliff in a car!

I really like that you've continued to focus on Ryan's and Sandy's relationship, even under these circumstances. You've taken this to the next step in the natural progression in some ways. Even though we've missed four days, and can only begin to imagine how excruciating each minute, hour and day was, you still feed some hints and clues as to just how the Cohens, Sandy especially, attempted to cope, to stay close to one another, and to remain a presence near Ryan when permitted (and in accordance with the rules in ICU). It's clear what a toll this has taken on Sandy and his helplessness, uncertainty, fear and guilt are still palpable

Your comment just punctuates how much I love the Sandy/Ryan father son relationship and enjoy writing caring Sandy. I do promise to bring Seth and Kirsten in a little more next chapter. I blame Josh though for not giving us caring Sandy during the christmas episode and leaving me craving caring Sandy. Stupid ham! I like to think that Ryan stayed overnight in hospital and Sandy stayed with him.

I like the sound of the 'mind numbing headached' oooh and the 'loss of equilibrium' I mean falling off a cliff in car would make you a tad dizzy!

So the technicolor change wasn't my way-too-tired mind playing tricks on me? I'll confess I don't pay very much attention to Seth simply because he annoys me and I'm not at all invested in him as a character, but the very fact he wasn't thinking about himself entirely, other than making it somewhat about himself with his form of guilt (which is still a huge step towards human in terms of a new perspective when he looks at the general context of his behavior as compared to Ryan's, not so much this specific instance) was still something well worth paying attention to

I haven't checked yet. I'm too scared :S I'll probably change the colour in the other chapter, if it is another colour. The reason I made Seth's cast yellow was because this chapter is for the prompt 'yellow' for my fanfic 100 table so I needed to make something yellow.

Maybe there'll be some Sandy/Ryan scenes in the all seasons box set as deleted scenes. I'm saving up for the box set and will be so annoyed if there isn't. Do you have it? I don't really know why I'm getting it. I already have all the box sets. I even have 2 for season 2. I'm hoping most of all for a cast commentary.

I'm not so good with the medical stuff. I usually just make Ryan injured and then say "oh yes I'm going to give him a really bad head injury." I will remember that paragraph for later. Thanks :)
