I know this is rude and unfeeling, but I gotta get this off my chest.  That face implant lady looks like a fucking monster!  I swear when I first saw a photo of her I jumped.  I was truly startled.  That doesn't even happen when I watch horror movies.  Producers spend millions to get us to jump and for me it's money wasted.  Put her photo out there
