Here's a shout out to Luke for deciphering my fitness routine instructions at the gym last night. I would also like to shout out in pain because I'm hurting from the exercises. dude. My abs feel like they are on fire. Or should I say the place where my abs are supposed to be is on fire? Hehehe. How long do you think it'll take me to tone up if I exercise daily? Please take into consideration that I'm very weak. Weak as in physically weak. My mental strength can be likened to that of oxen. MOOoooooo!

you should start to notice strength in a couple of weeks (if you do it regularly) and tone... maybe a couple of months... depending if you are dieting as well.

noooooooo. It takes that long? What if I eat one meal a day? All protein. Sigh. I want to look good and be fit but mostly I would like some arm and ab strength. I would also like to be taller but sadly, I cannot work on that.
