So there's this sandwich at the restaurant at the golf course here that I have LOVED for years. Most of their food is great. They give me freebies a lot of the time, haha, but when I actually PAY for something, I tend to order this sandwich. They call it a Turkey Thai Reuben. A home version was created recently. You so totally could. I bought one of those little 2.5 pound boneless turkey deals and I'm gonna cook it tomorrow night after work so I can make more of those sammies! :D
