Stange behavior

The other day , while I was at school I went into the mens room to make pisch. There was a Indian teenager , with one hand he held his junk, the other hand was being held under warm running water from an adjacent sink. WTF?

I guess he had a hard time going er sumthin.

Also, I agree with your assumption about whyhe was doing that, it's just an odd thing to do in a public restroom!
And he was Indian!
