What is this word "submittal"? Why am I seeing it all over the place? At first, I thought it was an adjective - but no, it's a noun. Why was "submission" not good enough? I think I'm going to have to start a program for old words that have fallen out of favor and have self-esteem problems.

Do you think you can start a sister program for words with self esteem poor enough that they try to change themselves to fit in? Like Dreamt and Dreamed?
