So now Dean is out. I guess it's not surprising, but it pisses me off. He was by far the best candidate, and he lost all his support for getting excited at...wait for it...a pep rally. Americans are fucking idiots. I don't think anyone else has a reasonable shot at beating Bush. *sigh*

We can only hope Edwards overtakes Kerry. He's been doing better.

He actually did far more than that. He was my candidate, but he could be waffly, and as soon as he lost frontrunner status he started freaking out and making poor descisions. He also hemmoraged money, using up a huge amount of funds that he didnt really need to spend.

I suggest you take a serious look at Edwards. I think you'll find his positions much more well-thought out as well as more feasible. I'll admit, I was too chickenshit to put all my eggs in Edwards basket when I first found him, because he was such a longshot, and didnt appeal to me as much as Dean. Now, however, I am all about Edwards--NOT Kerry. Anything but K. If you want to know why I dislike him so vehemently, ask me later.

I actually kind of like Kerry, but I do have some issues with him.

For one, he's horrible at flip-flopping, but does it anyway. He's the Bill O'Reilly of the Democratic race, but not so much of a compulsive liar. The Iraq War, special interests, the Vietnam War...his track record with that isn't so good. He also keeps referring to Edwards as a kid, which doesn't make sense, since Edwards is a peer of his. You shouldn't fault a guy for looking good at 50. Also, Kerry's backwards stance on gay marriage.

Other than that, I simply need someone who's not Bush, repeals the idiotic tax cuts, and stops getting us in to war. I would have been happy for that to be Dean, but if Kerry can beat Bush (and Gallup polls say he can, but Gallup polls also suck), I'd be happy for him as candidate.

Gallup Polls say that Edwards can beat Bush too.

I say pull for Edwards for now and see what happens.

Because NAFTA sucks. And gays are people too.

And while Kerry looks like he spray-painted his hair, Edwards is... well, he's fuckable. There, I said it.
