Mithering monday!!!

I did dental surgery today, wasn't expecting it till i looked at the roster. Mostly teeth extractions for people too nervous to sit in the dentists chair and instead needed to be put to sleep. There were some really manky teeth i can tell you, moral of the story is always brush twice a day folks
