Okay so officially closing tomorrow at three. Found out that we were going to have to bring money to closing for taxes, that the inspection fee that was supposed to go into our mortgage didn't and the realtor has some processing fee that they didn't put into the buyers agreement so the mortgage company is disputing it. So get a call from Craig yet another mortgage guy because mortgage guy #2 is in the hospital. He'll be fine. And the fucking underwriter wants to know why I'm not going to get a job because I was working before we moved. So hear from Mark today and the fucking underwriter's come back with more shit she wants. First she wants all my employment history because she says I'm still employed because I had deposits in Sept. GRRRRR so was supposed to hear back from Mark yesterday and still haven't heard anything, it's 4:30 here. Looks like another week in hell hotel. Talked to Dale, mortgage guy, and he has to go out of town for a personal matter but Mark, processor guy, is taking care of everything. They seem pretty confident we can close next week. So got a call from Mark, some processor guy for the mortgage, and he says they heard from the underwriters and that according to Shawn's latest paycheck he makes too much but the only reason his year to date was high is due to the fact that they put his relocation monies in there. So... We have to have homeowners insurance set up before we can close so we call state farm and farmers for quotes. State farm tells me that they can insure the house because the damn electricity hasn't been updated. It's set up for 60 watt and needs to be at least 100 watt.
