Not a damned thing. I am out of work again (go figure that one) and of course I have no social life to speak of. I have tried, yes, but it's not working out. I have been told before that once you hit rock bottom, the only thing left to do is go up....................unfortunately you have to get off rock bottom before you can start moving up.

So over the last year I have changed by leaps and bounds. I feel stronger than I was a year ago, and a hell of a lot stronger than I was two years ago. So I have done it. I let go of red meat. It's been since Thursday and honestly I could stalk a cow down and butcher it myself. I want a steak that bad. Every time I pass a cattle farm my mouth waters........................oh how this sucks.

On the up side I have come up with some very creative ways to make chicken taste better.
