Our Cessnock experience. OMFG!
OMG! R & I stayed in the worst hotel in Cessnock on the weekend. I had to go to the Hunter Valley for work on the weekend - helping run a workshop for our project at the Crowne Plaza in the centre of nobby wine country. Andrea Bocelli concert - why did I volunteer to sing in an ad hoc large choir? Argh! Back to my nice chamber choir where they don't realise they have 3 more people than can sit on the stage and make you sit off to the side behind the risers two hours before the concert when it's too late to pull out. Art, chocolate and shakuhachi
Went to an Art Show opening at the Glebe Library Friday night. A friend of mine works there and her partner had some photos displayed. Got to mill around and be artsy and fartsy looking at art and drinking wine and nibbling cheese. Rah rah.
