I started my new exercise regimen tonight.. man.. I haven't done lunges in years. I've been getting these persistent headrushes/dizzy spells lately.. usually when I get up. Even if I'm just getting out of my car, I'll feel a wave of blackness start to creep in, and it freaks the hell out of me.
