Well. . .It's almost officially over. Today, Donna and I spoke with a bankruptcy attorney and have it firmly planted in our minds that Chapter 7 is the way to go. We're getting together the paperwork over the next few days and as soon as we have the $900 for court cost and lawyer fees, we'll be on our way to financial semi-freedom. So, I got a call from my mom the other day. It seems my grandfather--her father--who has been steadily losing his strength and has been surviving on canned oxygen, has no use of his right lung and limited use of his left.
