this has been the longest week. I start working overnight shifts next week, I'll be working that shift off and on for the next two months. it's going to suck a lot and my social life is probably going to go down hill quite a bit. the things we have to do for money

You need to say something to them! You are the one who deserves a raise and a promotion, not someone else...especially if they are making YOU train them. I would raise hell!
