We were only going to have leftovers for supper but I decided to add a couple more things to the menu. So I made oven barbequed pork back ribs and oven broiled potatoes. I even made a menu for the event. I didn't save it but you get the idea. You can see it in the background of the first picture. The only thing wrong with it is I put Thursday
