Making fresh bagels.

Today I made bagels. I thought of them yesterday, so today I created a new recipe for them. Sundried tomato and parmessan cheese bagels, yum. I also made the old standby, cinnamon raisin bagels. They look tasty! I've never made home-made bagels, they look so much nicer than store bought ones!

Home made bagels are so much better than store bought because you know what is in them and you can experiment and make whatever kind you like. Also, they are fun to make. There is something soothing and satisfying about home baking.
