ok ppl... omg. so whats the deal with this polarization in politics? i going out on a bit of a limb here, but i think our nation has reached a point where there are too many friggin people in the country to accomodate socially. and the more i think about it, the more i think that its a race of subjectivity vs. objectivity. many people have ( Read more... )

Yeah, that's exactly what I was going to say. I find an increasing number of my Republican friends and acquaintances saying that they're against Bush. Personally, beyond any of the issues, I thought the fact that Kerry was more well-spoken at the debate sealed the matter for me.

it's rare to get such a straightforward description from someone about their logic when it comes to politics. i've tried a couple of times to write something like this, but my brain sortof implodes. i appreciate your honesty on controversial issues.

I definitely agree with you on the abortion issue. And I support Kerry as well. And I got your IM yesterday, eventually. I wasn't trying to ignore you, I promise. I was online and my computer kept locking up, so I just left it in a fit of disgust and forgot sign off AIM. I think I need a new version of norton antivirus.
