I'm pimping my little brother's first bit of fan fiction goodness. It's a Brokeback Mountain-flavored drabble, found here. He's new at this, and would appreciate feedback. I quite like it, but I may be biased. ;)

My ex-husband could *be* young David Hewlett. The ex had nice full lips, but otherwise--OMG. My now-husband even agrees. He's all, "hmm, well maybe that's why you're so hot for him" meaning Hewlett, of course. I seriously need to find a photo to post...

Before I inadvertantly read any more penguin!slash, I need to know the whys, hows, what-fors, etc, as it pertains to Stargate Atlantis. It has the feel of an inside joke I haven't been in fandom long enough to recognize, so if someone would clue me in to its origin that'd be great. Okay, so I used to be able to right-click-save-as. I'm sure of it. I've downloaded lots of stuff that way. I don't know what's changed, but lately *nothing* I try to right-click and save will let me *do* it. I right-click, and "save target as" isn't even highlighted as an option.
