I headed out of Peekskill around 11ish to meet up with Joe and Megan for lunch. I ate at the Mediterranian Grill in New Paltz for the first time and enjoyed it. I haven't had a good soulvaki in years. I hopped onto 87 and made it to Syracuse in about 3 hours or so. Getting excited!
After work I 'm going to get a pedi and possible hit the liqour store. Not sure what I'll get. Looking forward to seeing my friends, taking pictures and having some time away from certain people.
Now if I just knew what to pack.

I miss IT guy. Mornings just aren't the same. :kicks rock: stupid vacation -
I'm not feeling so hot
My chest hurts and I'm having trouble breathing and I have the shakes. I'm pretty sure I"m having a panic attack which I haven't had in quite a while. Tonight is therapy and I'm pretty sure I"m freaking out over having to go there and talk about this damn situation over and over again. I need to go sit somewhere quietly and relax. -
For the first time in a long time
I have the urge to binge eat. I haven't done that in years. My stress level is so high I just don't know what to do. I'm already on pills for anxiety. I ate a healthy dinner that included red meat for the first time in two weeks. I seriously need a couple of days away. -
When the time comes
and you ask me why I will reference this post and hopefully it will be clear.
If you see your wife alseep on the couch and she should be up. Wake her up. Do not get up, make yourself breakfast and then jump on the computer to play video games. Also do not let the phone ring, look at it tell said now awake wife who it was and then jump back on the ( Read more... ) -
