I don't know why I don't want Amanda to be a shift leader. I don't know if it's jealousy. I mean, they gave me a chance, so why not let her do it. It's better than no one. I don't know why I can't just be okay with it. I understand that she's a strong seller, but there are other things to consider. Just think, why didn't they promote her before? ( Read more... )

So, she became a 4 star CSR for now. I'm still kind of upset that she's getting keys and stuff. Josh was going to say something about her the other day, but I don't know what it was. I'll have to ask him about that. He told me that he played better with me more than others. That should tell him something. I understand that selling can be a top priority, but Amanda even tried to call out last night. How can you be trying to get promoted and call in all the time? I just don't understand what's going on.I guess I'd have to be a manager
