I did a bit of writing; not much because this is a tough little scene, but at least some words were created. I've tried to add a casual remark about Captain Archer having an affair with a civilian alien scientist temporarily assigned to Enterprise, because in my headcanon Archer is played by John Barrowman and has some of the same personality traits as Torchwood's Captain Jack Harkness. *points at icon* No offence to the fans of Scott Bakula, but for me he has the charm of a dead fish, and I wanted a captain with real charisma. Erm. Yes.

I have started getting words together in the Glorfindel story (as yet un-named). It is now 300 word long.
Here is the opening paragraph -
Glorfindel had not known quite what to expect as the ship sailed through the mist that, the ship’s captain said, meant they were getting close to land. He had a feeling that most of those on board expected him to have more knowledge of what awaited them. But, although he had left Aman twice, the only time he had previously returned had been by way of Mandos’ Halls.
