So yeah. Last day of kickboxing today. Fucking weak. Well, it wasn’t REALLY the last day actually- we have the ‘final’ next Tuesday. nice. went for a 20 minute run today and followed it up with lots of ab, arm, ass, and thy work. i feel so strong.
