mmm, yes, thats true, too. That was instigated by this interesting article that I read that went into how abstinence only taught people that it is wrong to want sex, and that boys are the ones who are going to pressure the girls into sex, and so there no concept of consent. The net result was that neither party was able to articulate what they wanted out of their sexual encounter, but moreover, it decreased the girl's ability to draw the line around what she agreed to do, and what she did not agree do, leaving many girls feeling violated and/or raped, basically ruining their sexual experiences. Not that it couldn't be traumatizing for the boys, but it was written from a woman's standpoint. Anyway, thats where that came from, so... a slightly different angle.
