I stepped on a nail the other day. No I haven't gotten a tetnus shot yet - they're updated, but I guess I should anyway. It really hurts and is trying to convince me I want one. At least, I've decided that's the origin of my sore throat. But I did sleep all day yesterday... so, if it was a bug trying to attack me, I hope my clever counter strategy worked. ... your prof jamming several dozen articles and random bits of stuff into one ginormous (i.e. 128 pg) pdf, and then instructing you to locate XYandZ articles to write a response to. Is it really that much harder for you to post each individual article than shoving them all together into one uberarticle of doom?

I have concluded I will never ever understand politics.

IUP wasn't liberal. It couldn't have been. A&M and the surrounding area are just really really conservative. Like, radically, painfully conservative. And the rest of the world is more like the Indiana area. And there are pockets of glorious wonderful liberalism, where sex is okay and people are allowed to be different ( Read more... )

The grand opening was awesome, even if not everybody was able to show up. Fun times were had by all. Plus, cookies.

It was a pretty good ending for a really stressful day, and a not bad thursday for a pretty stressful week. We;ll see how tomorrow goes.
