Q1-i think its hard to lose w8 or even go 'skinny' with muscle if u do sport a lot, cardio 3times a week or so. what u think? (i was 99lbs with 5'3 height when i just go vegan and no cardio exc

as far as iv experienced by mysf, my plateaus r at 47kg and 45 kg (104 & 99 lbs) my HW is 52kg and now im on the way to reach the 1GW 45kg

Its supposed 2b Day2 of fasting, but i was so weak that i reached for an apple (80cal Ugh!)well, its neg cal food and it gives me energy, i shouldnt waste time bein upset, gotta move my lazt ass work work work!
