Today I had the pleasure of attending an all day training on an exercise program we will be implementing in our summer program very shortly.  None of us knew much about it, only we should dress down as we were going to be practicing some of the activities and with some of the equipment we will be using.  In a nutshell, we worked out hard enough,

Oo, I'm usually hobbling by the third day after Great Bouts of Physical Activity, but with any luck you'll get around it. ;)

GEOCACHING! I *LOVE* geocaching, but can't hardly find anyone to do it with me. I was sure T would like it--exercise, outdoors, etc. but I think it was too random for him. Treasure-hunting, yo! I still have a bag of trades in my hall closet, waiting for next time.

I was like that with 'Pineapple Express'; I laughed my a*rse off even the, urm, third & fourth time I saw it. *is embarrassed*

Hey you should take a roadtrip - we'll go to Forks and go Geocaching. It'll be fun! I haven't seen Pineapple Express...Warner thought it was pretty funny so we might have to rent it. And I still can barely walk. Fun.
