usually tredmill for 20, elliptical for 30, then weights for like 5 minutes.

and next week i'm still working, but as of now next friday night i'm free-ish. nights i'm usually free. and then the week of the 16th (that last week i leave) i'm free all week. except wednesday when i ge tmy HAIR STRAIGHTENED YAEYAHAEYh
