Congrats that it's over! The burocracy you're describing is one of the reasons I still hesitate to return home.
Regarding your language: THE same as usual, THESE ARE required documents, IN her opinion, first days ARE about to begin

Thnx for pointing out my mistakes.
Regarding the bureaucracy, I've got Russian CPL finally, nothing's impossible. The wall is broken. I was among the first ones who had done so, after period 2013 to 2015. Now a lot of my pilotmates got a FATA CPL and got a job. But you still got to have bachelor degree in Aeronautics if you want to get in jet aircraft. You can do that part-time(заочно) as i do.
Some of my mates who have FAA licenses are pilot even in Aeroflot.

Thanks for spelling "bureaucracy" right) We'll teach each other. Put more articles)
For me the conversion will be a bit harder because I don't have a proper military ID (военник). Considering time and money I would spend (and aslo won't gain) and a loss of flight currency it's just not worth for me. Also I have more negative examples among my friends than positive ones. I would take some job on a foreign registered plane in Russia, but I can't find one. The big plan for now is to go to Canada next year.

Dont worry about proper military ID, it isn't requirement anymore. You just have to have it. Doesnt matter if your category is A or B inside.
Canada is a good chose for living, but I've heard there are a lot of pilots who can't get a job. Try to ask for политическое убежище" in States. Friend of mine did so 2 yeras ago, now he is FO on private jet with 1200 hours, and he been invited to American airlines(I'm not joking) after 1500TT. He said now employers fight for pilots in USA, as it was in Russia in 2009 - 2013.
