What do you do when words don't come?

How horrible must things really be when you cant put them into words? When words are what you are good at, and you can't express anything anymore? How is it possible that we as human beings can sit here and watch someone literally destroy their life? I'm guilty of that. I sat by and watched Puffer's sink lower and lower, and all I did was have
