I've now been in school for about 3 years and going into my 4th year. Due to some set backs I won't be able to complete my degree in 5 years. No big deal, i guess, just as long as I finish and actually end with a degree and a license to work ( Read more... ) -

Back in the day I always said that I want to finish school before I get married and honestly its still like that.. sort of. It seems that now everyone around me are getting engaged and married, that thought is getting harder to place out of my mind. I all of a sudden feel this pressure again. I suck! (And not in a good way)
I feel like the worst girlfriend ever. So this post is intended for me to vent since my go to person is currently unavailable. I just feel like I suck at life and I feel like I don't know how to be in relationships especially those where my bf actually leans on me for support. Ugh! I'm a terrible girlfriend and I'm a terrible person.

WPA, reno, and then some
This past weekend i went to Reno for the Western Psych Association (WPA) Convention. There I was able to present my research. I was super proud of myself. Especially since most people who stopped by my poster asked if I was going to go further with the research I had done. A couple nights ago I felt like this described how I felt in a more exacerbated way. It resulted in bad dreams and feeling unsure. At least until morning when everything was worked out.

I can't believe summer is almost over. There's approximately 2 weeks left until school starts. It's been so crazy. In fact, I haven't really had much of a summer. Most of it was spent taking an 8 week course to prepare us for all the assessment classes that we need to take during second year, and starting clinic work. While all that has now ( Read more... ) -

I had exam #3 of 4 today so I decided on the fly that I was going to watch a movie to chill a little bit before I had to study for exam #4. The genius that I am decides to watch a clockwork orange.
