It's a week to Valentine's day. As I listen to friends talk of their plans to take their significant others to someplace special or as I watch the ads on TV or listen to the ones on the radio telling you that "it's all about her" and about how buying her a diamond ring will make her "fall in love with you again", I cannot help but laugh at how ( Read more... )

How did u find LOTR 3?
I never got the chance to watch JC Superstar...is it good?

If it's any comfort, I'm spending V-day alone too. Sigh. Everyone's attached. The price of red roses has risen astromically here...one florist is actually charging S$180 for a bouquet of a dozen roses.

Hmmm. I'm AJ and I'd certainly like a diamond ring from my loved one! :-) Actually, I think I'd also like to be able to give my loved one a diamond ring.

I'll try to brave V-day alone. Singles unite!

LOTR 3 was good. Long though. But one thing that I am sure about is that I would like to go to New Zealand sometime. The terrain there is awesome. A lot more features than the landscape here in Florida where it is flat. I am here for 3 days on a business trip.

JC Superstar was good. A couple of good songs in it and the choreography was pretty good for a high school production. But then again the producer is a dance teacher.

*sigh* the cost of roses around VD is ridiculous. Are ALL your friends attached? Why don't you do what I am doing and have your single friends over for dinner or all of you can go out together that night. You said it yourself: singles unite. You don't have to brave it alone. You can be the rallying force and pull all your single friends out of their misery.

BTW, what does "AJ" stand for? I know what it means but have no idea what it stands for.

Oh, go to home.yuping.net/gallery and do a search for "Emeric". Tell me what you find.

Great to know that you enjoyed both LOTR 3 and JC Superstar. Yes, LOTR 3 was hella long...

It's 2 days before V Day, I dunno if I can round up enough people. Maybe I'll just go have dinner with a fren or 2 and watch a movie.

AJ is pig latin code. Note that there are 2 ways of pronouncing "g" - either "g" as in "give" or "g" in "giraffe"...
