im always lookin for someone to talk to who understands how im feeling lol
i hate being short, thats why im so scared of having to gain w8, cos it looks worse on me as i dont wana look like an umpaloompa lol!
i dont really have a goal weight, i just want to get to a healthy weight so my periods come back, thats the only reason. i dont think its healthy for me to set my set a goal weight atm, considerin im being forced into recovery n constantly watchd :( but! i do do sneaky exercise that keeps me sain lol this morning ive manage to burned 1100 calories, and thats before ive had any food. i no i av to stop this tho, otherwise i'll never get my dream dog :( whats your goal w8? i av loadsa knowledge bout food n stuff cos i always see a nutritionist, so if u av any questions i will try my best to answer them 4 u :D thank you so much 4 the lovely welcome! :D where abouts are you from?

i guess youre right about beauty coming from within but sometimes outside is all that people see...
do/did you exercise too to keep that weight or how did you keep it off?

i did used to do loads, but i dont anymore, i just walk everywhere now, minimum of 40minutes a day because its all that i can cope with. i was always constanly on the treadmill buring like 1000-2000kcal at a time, but wen i stopped i found i was losing more weight...which is weird lol do you do any exercising? take care baby! xxx
