So the last two days of September I basically ate a normal meal for me around my parents then had nothing the rest of the day. Today they're gone, I've got my car!, and I'm trying to keep my eating on track. For breakfast I had one mini Apple Cinammon Quaker thing, which is 7.5 calories, and now I'm drinking 44oz of Clite, 20 cal's. So 27.5 so far
