Life is busy. Monday night I baked 4 dark Christmas cakes and tonight I baked my 4 light ones. I hope to put two cakes in the freezer so that next year I only need to make one of the recipes. Found my two favourite magazines today. Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Cookies. This year is much better than the past two or three have been. I like the articles and the recipes look wonderful. I went over to Michael's to see if I could find some nice frames for a gift I am giving away later this week. I was disappointed to find out that it takes them two weeks to get their custom frames back and that they had nothing suitable for a frame for the pieces - which are not standard size.
