Well that was fast. The warning was issued at 9:05 and lifted at 9:58 pm. Guess we can stand down but keep an ear and eye open for any changes. Hope that our friends north and east of here only experience light rain having the storm rain itself out over Ontario. Southern and Eastern Ontario are under severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings. We have just had our second thunderstorm go through. So glad we got the eavestroughing cleaned out on Saturday. My vegetable garden is growing beautifully. I have lovely cucumbers, the beets and carrots are coming along. I have my second grouping of lettuce and beets out. Other than a problem with earwigs things were going great. We have fabulous tomatos as well. Last night we got back to Halifax after seeing the tidal bore at Truro around 9 pm. We decided to go out and eat down at the wharf.
