so today for breakfast, i ate a banana. i went to school and intended to follow my diet regime, and then......... there were chocolates in my backpack. i ate them all. all 100g of them. my gosh, have i no self control? so when i got home, i ran for 45 minutes or so, and burned those bitches off!

now i feel lazy, i did end up eating some of the chocolate and cheesies (not much), but now i can t seem to get off my ass and go for a run. PATHETIC! and the thing is i still have to clean my room, because my uncle is coming in two days, and he's staying in my room, while i'm stuck on the air mattress of the floor of the basement. so ya. i ( Read more... )
