work is getting me really down at the moment, were so busy that people are ahving to wait over an hour to get through to someone, thats with 300+ eaga staff, 50 or so overflow staff in voicentric ind urham and 100 people in the contact centre in liverpool

Seriously, do you want to leave your job? because the agency i work for finds people full time work...

i do but i dont, i like the company i like the people, i kinda like the job but it gets too much sometimes, everyone has agreed, and i dont get paid enough to get the shit that i do, people telling me im worthless, that i dont know what im doing, that the thing im working on is a scam. although i know none of these things are correct it gets to you, hearing it everyday, id like to move within the company, but ive got to wait till we move to northern rock house, cos i refuse to battle with city centre traffic to eaga house. on the plus side im trained in everything you can be trained in i can do 7 or 8 call types, not many people can do that, so i can move almost litteraly anywhere in the comapny. so i guess i dont, but id like to have nicer custoemrs please! is there an agency for them?
