for the first time in a very very long time i looked in the mirror and thought "well i dont really look fat"

and really im not. im a size bigger than i was pre ebony. my stomach needs toning up and so does my bum but i think thats it.

i still think im fat but im starting to cnosider that maybe im not?!?

ive been trying really hard recently to loose weight. swimming every saturday with ebony, eating really good, and wii fitting it. and it has been working. i was down to 14 st 8lb. which considering only 10 months ago i was 17 stone is really good. however jumped on my wii fit(well carefully steped on it) today and ive put on 6 lbs...in like 2 days ( Read more... )

on friday i thought i had killer period pains, it was infact a UTI, which i found out at 3:22 on sat morning, when i had to pee constantly and was still in loads of pain, that seems to have cleared up now thankfully, but now im getting real period pains. they differ as they are in my back now. stoopid body, if it aint my stomach its something else ( Read more... )

work is getting me really down at the moment, were so busy that people are ahving to wait over an hour to get through to someone, thats with 300+ eaga staff, 50 or so overflow staff in voicentric ind urham and 100 people in the contact centre in liverpool ( Read more... )
