Today is a kind of gloomy (weather wise) and stressful (work wise) day, so I offered to make a coffee run and this idea was very well received by quite a few of my co-workers =)

Since I NEVER update this thing anymore and I am sufficiently bored at work this afternoon, I thought it was time….

I have been at my job for almost six months now. Things are going really well. I like the people I work (for the most part) and I usually have lots to do (which is good). My boss is wonderful and very easy to work for. I am very happy ( Read more... )

I don't really have time for an update, but I justed wanted to let everyone know that work is great.  Every day is different.  My co-workers are quirky, but wonderful.  I am learning a lot, but still have having fun.  I wish that everyone could find a job that made them this happy...I feel very blessed to be where I am.

I  have the best husband EVER...today, my first day of work (!!!), I came downstairs to make coffee & found a dozen red roses.

It has been a while since I have updated this, so here is what has been going on....

I have been looking for a job since graduation (about 2.5 months ago) and I finally got one!  I actually was offered two, but I am extremely happy & excited about the one I took.  I will be working as an assistant to the sales & events staff at the Gwinnett Center ( Read more... )

Today, I took my last final EVER.  It is an amazing feeling to be done with college.  To celebrate, Ben came to Athens with me today & we did all the traditional campus-y stuff.  We rang the bell at the chapel.  I walked through the arch for the first time.  We also had an early lunch at the grill...yum, yum ( Read more... )

Peachtree Ridge won in the semi-finals!  Next weekend, we will be going to the football state championship against Roswell.  I am so excited...especially for Ben, who couldn't be more proud of all his students on the team ( Read more... )
