Lily Ann has decided to grace us with her presence! She was born today in Atlanta after Deanna was induced this morning. She's 7 pounds and 15 ounces. I don't know the length or the exact time cause Grandma (aka mum) didn't know all the details yet.

Two weeks into training have been completed, 13 more to go! Woohoo! And after only two weeks I can see why its going to take us 15 weeks to learn everything. To begin with the NEW system they are using for processing commercial claims is DOS based.
