There is a hole in the back of the mouth.

lol they should make on in sort of sock puppet crossed with mr potato head form, so you can change the eyes and mouth and stuff (and of course the piercing for your pleasure...maybe get a nice spiky one in there...owch!) you know, variety IS the spice of life, and I´m sure that goes for sex toys too :)
